Environmental Management & Coordination Act 1999 (Revised 2012).
An Act of Parliament to provide for the establishment of an appropriate legal and institutional framework for the management of the environment and to regulate various matters relating to the institutions established and various matters relating to protection of the environment including environmental impact assessment, environmental audit and monitoring of the environment.
